Mark Speck, Managing Partner & CFO

Mark Speck has a diverse and broad range of corporate business experience having held a myriad of executive and senior level corporate positions spanning finance, business development and operations, general management, audit and compliance at small, mid and large cap private, private equity, and public firms covering the; software, professional services, intellectual property management, technology, and telecommunications space over his 25+ year career.  His compliance background includes significant contributions to SOX and FCPA programs at Nextel, Sprint-Nextel and LCC Communications. He holds certificates in Internal Audit (CIA), Risk Management (CRMA), and Management Systems for Compliance (ISO 19600) and Anti-Bribery (ISO 37001).

As Audit and Compliance Chief at CPA Global, the global leader in Intellectual Property Management, Mr. Speck established and guided the Compliance program for over 6 years, ensuring adherence to global anti-bribery and corruption, economic sanctions, data privacy protection, modern slavery, and export control regulations. Given CPA Global’s use of agents in high risk countries, Mr. Speck focused on devising what several clients and outside counsel referred to as “gold plated” third party risk management compliance; which consisted of defined activities designed to proportionately mitigate bribery risk at standards set by the FCPA and UK Bribery Act. 

His proprietary proven program for Third Party Risk Management which includes straight forward Third Party Due Diligence Reports are now available for global companies of all sizes looking for continuous managed services for corporate compliance including third party risk management.

Rakesh Mittal, Chairman and CEO

Rakesh Mittal is a business executive with over 28 years of experience in the global technology consulting & business process outsourcing industry, serving in a variety of senior executive roles, and is currently serving on the boards of several private companies.  Mr. Mittal has an established track record of creating significant shareholder value, having been instrumental to the development of several firms that were either acquired or went public. As a member of the leadership team at Headstrong and HCL he guided the firms to very lucrative capital events with the former being acquired by Genpact for $550M in cash and the latter, HCL listing as one of the most successful offerings in the history of the BSE with the market cap reaching 1.0B$ on its first day.

After Headstrong’s acquisition, Mr. Mittal became a Managing Director & SVP at Genpact responsible for Capital Markets business globally; where he created significant growth in Genpact’s IT business and Manufacturing vertical.

Previously as President & Chief Operating Officer of Corbus, he steered the company to become a global leader in Source-To-Procure Services. He is one of the few executives who has successfully lived & worked in three continents while managing businesses cutting across IT and BPO.

Rakesh is a Computer Science graduate of BITS, Pilani and completed executive management program from INSEAD near Paris.
